Preston Edwards
Preston Edwards is a CARC-certified coach, Trauma-Informed Coach, and co-founder of Wllow. He is focused on supporting young people through addiction, mental health challenges, and major life transitions. A native New Yorker, Preston began his career in venture capital before turning to recovery work, where he found his true calling. Drawing on his own personal journey and years of hands-on experience as a sober coach and Director of Operations at a sober living facility, he helps clients build structure, purpose, and lasting change. Preston is extensively trained in DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing modalities, bringing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to his peer-support approach. His commitment to meeting clients where they are stems from his understanding that recovery requires both clinical rigor and authentic human connection. In addition to his coaching work, Preston is building a software-based behavioral health startup that aims to increase transparency between parents and children and help young people build better habits. He believes the path of recovery should be empowering—and the start of something better, not the end of something good.
