Wllow is a New York–based behavioral health consultancy founded by two young people who have walked the path of recovery ourselves. We know what it's like to feel lost, misunderstood, and unsupported during some of life's hardest moments, because we have been there. Now, we are committed to being what we never had: young advocates who truly get it, offering the kind of understanding and support we desperately needed but had trouble finding.

We support young people and families facing addiction, mental health challenges, executive dysfunction, and major life transitions through a peer-based approach that recognizes authentic change does not always happen in clinical settings. Our methodology is hands-on and individualized, meeting clients where they are with compassion, clarity, and zero judgment. We offer sober companioning, coaching, and practical life support that extends into the real, messy moments of daily life, because that's where transformation actually occurs. Whether you are transitioning home from treatment, rebuilding basic structure, or navigating overwhelming family dynamics, we provide the kind of steady, empathetic partnership that understands both the clinical complexities and the emotional reality of recovery.

What makes Wllow different is simple: we have been on your side of this. We have struggled, relapsed, felt hopeless, and slowly rebuilt our lives. We are not distant professionals with textbook knowledge, we are young people who have done the work and want to help others do it too. We understand the unique challenges of being young and in recovery, the pressure from family and society, and how isolating it can feel when it seems like no one really understands.
